EQUIPMENT

STANDARDIZED MEDICAL DEVICES

Wellbeing provides consultancy and supplies Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and modern first-aid equipment, ensuring preparedness for emergency situations at partner facilities and destinations.
Basic first aid cabinets/kits meeting at least Type A standards are available in public and high-traffic areas and are subject to regular inspections
- Inventory list and photographic evidence of medical supplies / first aid kits
- Logbook for monitoring and managing the expiration dates of medical supplies
BASIC LEVEL
Adequate medical supplies are provided at multiple high-traffic locations, with medical supply points positioned for easy access
- Inventory list and photographic evidence of medical supplies / first aid kits
- Logbook for monitoring and managing the expiration dates of medical supplies

One (01) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is installed, fully operational and under valid warranty, located at a central point with clear signage, supported by documented procedures and regular inspection and maintenance records
- First aid and AED location maps
- Visual records of the AED and signag
- Maintenance logs and warranty documentation, including battery and electrode pad status and expiry dates
ADVANCED LEVEL
A comprehensive range of modern first aid and medical supplies is provided
- Complete inventory of medical supplies and first aid kits
- Logbooks for monitoring and managing expiration dates of medical supplies

More than one (01) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is installed and strategically positioned in high-risk or high-traffic areas (lobbies, restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, conference areas, high-rise buildings, etc.)
- Location maps of one or multiple AED units within the facility
- Location maps of one or multiple first aid kits and medical supply points
- Training schedules and awareness programs on AED identification, location, and usage, as well as other medical devices
- Ensuring 100% of staff have access to and awareness of medical equipment

Strict inspection and maintenance procedures are implemented to ensure that 100% of AEDs and medical equipment are always in a state of readiness
- AED inspection and maintenance logs (clearly indicating battery status and electrode pad expiration dates), as well as records for other medical equipment
- Documented inspection and maintenance procedures for AEDs and other medical devices, managed by the responsible department

Wellbeing supports organizations in developing rapid-response procedures, from incident detection to medical coordination, through transparent and effective documentation aligned with international safety standards.
Emergency response procedures are regularly drilled (at least once per year for each key scenario)

- Documentation and implementation plans evidencing communication of emergency response procedures to staff and departments within the organization
COMPREHENSIVE LEVEL
Documented emergency response procedures at a basic level, with clearly defined and easy-to-follow action steps
- Copies of relevant procedures
BASIC LEVEL
A comprehensive emergency response procedures framework covering a wide range of scenarios from simple to complex is in place, including clearly defined roles and responsibilities, internal and external communication protocols (e.g. emergency medical services, fire and rescue services), and is communicated to all staff within the organization
- A complete set of emergency response procedures applicable to the organization
- Documentation or emails evidencing dissemination of the procedures to staff
- Emergency contact and communication flowcharts for external services such as emergency medical services, fire departments, and hospitals

TRAINING

ADVANCED FIRST AID

Wellbeing delivers practical training programs that equip staff with emergency response skills such as CPR, AED operation, and accident management. Each staff member becomes a “first responder” protecting guests’ safety.
Staff have received first aid training at the Basic Level

- Valid training certificates
BASIC LEVEL
At least 50% of staff are trained in first aid and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), holding training certificates that are legally valid domestically or compliant with international standards
- List of staff trained in the most recent training period
- Valid training certificates

An annual training plan is in place and implemented
- Training content and photographic evidence covering a minimum of the past two years
ADVANCED LEVEL
At least 80% of staff have received first aid training and are re-certified from the second year onward

- Training content and photographic evidence from the most recent training period

A dedicated on-site first aid team is in place, having received advanced training and undergoing regular practice and competency assessments in the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to ensure operational proficiency and emergency readiness

- Training plans and documented records of first aid skills practice sessions
COMPREHENSIVE LEVEL
Medical safety levels under the Delphinus Safety Standards are represented on a 1 to 5-star scale, corresponding to progressively higher levels of safety.
